I do not believe in fixing people. I believe in helping them see themselves more clearly.
My approach is reflective, conversational, and deeply personalised. I draw from Deep Transformational Coaching, Hogan assessments, Belbin Team Roles, values-based work, and strengths-based coaching, but I do not believe in one rigid method or formula.

I work more as a thinking partner than a consultant. You bring your lived experience, instincts, and self-awareness. I bring reflection, perspective, and the questions that help things surface more clearly.
